Learning Objectives:

 

• Explore when to suspect status epilepticus, including non-convulsive status epilepticus, as well as factors that might put a child at risk of status epilepticus.
• Discuss the management of status epilepticus.
• Identify when to obtain intraosseous access, methods of insertion, and administration of medications/fluids through IO.
