Cariboo Memorial Hospital (Williams Lake)

Williams Lake is in BC’s Central Interior Region, otherwise known as the Cariboo Chilcotin Region, and is famous for the annual Williams Lake Stampede. There is a population of approximately 11,000 residents locally, and 25,000 residents in the surrounding areas. CMH is a Level 2 Community Hospital in Williams Lake with a 24-hour emergency room. The Emergency Department includes 1 trauma bay, 5 Acute Monitored Beds, 1 Gyne Negative Pressured Room, 1 Psychiatric Lock Up Safe Room, 2 Cast Rooms, and 5 Streaming Chairs.

The hospital provides 28 Acute Care Inpatient beds, 2 Operating Rooms, and an Obstetrical Unit.

Inpatient and outpatient services for Laboratory, Electrocardiogram (ECG), Radiology (X-Ray, U/S, and CT), Renal, Physiotherapy, and Respiratory are available. Additional Services including Home Support, Transition Liaison, Social Work, Mental Health and Substance Use, and Aboriginal Patient Navigator are also available.

Nicola Valley Hospital and Health Centre (Merritt)

Rolling hills, sparkling lakes, and endless hours of sunshine every year make Merritt a haven for four-season outdoor recreation for approximately 12,000 people plus travelers. Nicola Valley Hospital and Health Centre is a Level 1 community hospital with a 24-hour Emergency Room. The Emergency Department has 12 beds, with a 2-bed trauma bay, 6 monitored beds, 3 fast track beds, and 1 fast track chair.

South Okanagan General Hospital (Oliver)

Located in the Okanagan Valley region of BC, with its hot sunny days and fertile soil is home to several award-winning wineries and its farm-to-table offerings. Servicing a population of approximately 12,000 residents from the Oliver, Osoyoos and Okanagan Falls area as well as another 10,000 residents in surrounding rural areas.
