Overdose. Altered level of consciousness. Hypotensive shock.
30-year-old male brought by a friend who found him dizzy and confused. Initially, the differential is broad. He is bradycardica and hypotensive. Eventually, collateral information is provided about possible overdose from B-blockers is provided.

- Approach to an altered LOC patient.
Objectives (Medical and CRM):
- Recognition of B blocker toxicity.
- Review ECG/POCUS findings in b blocker toxicity.
- Management of B blocker toxicity.
