ECBC is seeking emergency care providers interested in supporting the clinical review of various resources published through ECBC. The expected commitment is 4-5 hours per month, with an additional 1 hour of monthly meetings. 

All emergency providers are welcome to join the committee. HSR funding is available to support physician engagement.  

Please send expression of interest to ECBC@PHSA.ca, and kindly include your primary practice site, your role, and a brief note explaining your interest in joining the review committee. Further information available upon request. 

Core activities: 

• Reviewing ECBC patient discharge resources 

• Supporting the team in the developmental phases of adapting current review and assessment frameworks for AI-generated resources 

• Providing guidance and expertise on emergency provider needs, gaps, and landscape 

• Supporting the ECBC Clinical Resources team to address issues as they arise across BC with the ultimate aim of improving provider experience and patient outcomes
