As we approach the end of the year, we want to take a moment to express our deepest gratitude to every member of our Emergency Departments across the province.

Your work this year has been extraordinary. In the face of relentless volumes, increasing complexity, system strain, and the unpredictability that defines emergency care, you continue to show up for patients and for each other with professionalism, compassion, and grit. You carry people through the worst moments of their lives, often while navigating pressures the public never sees. We see it. We value it. And we are profoundly grateful for it.

Please know that the work you do is essential, deeply respected, and truly appreciated at every level of the system.
