The Canadian Frostbite Care Network invites you to share your experience providing frostbite care to add to their global database. The goal is to facilitate frostbite care access and collaboration.

The Network invites you to complete this survey to share what’s happening at your ED site! Results will be shared later this spring, generating a listing of health care professionals with frostbite care experience that you can access for guidance and support while providing care.
