The UBC Enhanced Skills Program is the largest of its kind in Canada, offering additional, specialized training for family physicians in over 15 different areas. The largest program offered is the CCFP-EM program, which includes 5 separate training sites spread out over the province of BC. Physicians who graduate from this program gain strong clinical, academic, advocacy and leadership skills, focused within the field of Emergency Medicine, and are anticipated to act as leaders in their community with a major commitment to emergency care and teaching.

The CCFP-EM program is currently inviting applications for two exciting faculty opportunities:

 

CCFP-EM Program Director

 

This position oversees all 5 CCFP-EM sites, and is responsible for the overall administration and direction of the program

CCFP-EM Program Medical Simulation Lead

 

This is a new position, which will organize and facilitate SIM teaching across the 5 CCFP-EM sites
