In December 2021, our Patient Partners tackled yet another batch of Patient Discharge Sheets during the Patient Partner – Patient Discharge Sheet Review Virtual Workshop.

By closely reviewing and suggesting language edits, the Patient Partners improved the quality of our content, thereby making it even easier for the patients who will receive them to understand.
